Who we are
araRank is a website and online marketing company for law firms, based in Los Angeles, California. araRank is a brand of SB Coding, the company responsible for this website and your information. You can reach us at hello@ararank.net or (818) 536-7724.
What we collect
- What you send in our forms: your name, law firm, website, phone number, email, practice area and your message.
- What you send us by phone, text or email.
- Visit data from Google Analytics: pages viewed, device type, browser and approximate city. It uses cookies.
- What you type into our free website check: the address of a website.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and prepare your free audit or quote.
- To see which pages help visitors, so we can improve the site.
The free website check
When you check a website with our tool, the address you type is sent to two services that read that public website and send back the results:
- Google PageSpeed Insights, which tests speed and basic SEO.
- Our own checker, which runs on Cloudflare and reads the site’s pages and sitemap.
We don’t keep a list of the websites people check. Your browser keeps the result only until you close the tab. If you send us a form from the results, we get the website address and its score along with your details.
Google rankings. If you enter your email to see where the website ranks on Google, we receive your email, the website address, its score and the searches checked. To look up the positions, those searches and the website address (not your email) are sent to DataForSEO, a data service that checks Google results.
The PDF report is made in your browser. It isn’t sent to us.
Our other free tools
The Google Maps check, AI mention check and Missed cases calculator send the website, search and city you type to our checker, which looks them up through DataForSEO. The California ad rules check reads the public pages of the website you type. The case value you enter in the calculator stays in your browser. If you enter your email in any tool, we receive it with the details of that check.
Fonts and other files
Our fonts load from Google Fonts, and the PDF tool loads from cdnjs (run by Cloudflare). Like any website, these services see your IP address when your browser asks for a file.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or share your personal information for advertising. Google processes visit data for Google Analytics, and website addresses for the website check. Cloudflare runs our website checker, and DataForSEO looks up Google rankings. We share your details with no one else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Form messages: up to 2 years, or less if you ask. Analytics data: up to 14 months.
Your rights
- Ask us what data we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it: write to hello@ararank.net. We reply within 30 days.
- California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We won’t treat you differently for using them.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
Children
This site is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
